Sensorama set out to build a soft-skills training platform powered by AI characters. The team designed the system architecture and developed a VR prototype for Meta Quest 3. The solution included AI-powered virtual patients, speech-to-text and text-to-speech, custom 3D models, animations, and context-aware voice interaction based on real pharmaceutical industry scenarios.

After successful validation, the AI persona functionality was integrated into Sensorama’s CMS. The platform gained tools for creating custom personas, managing training scenarios, and reviewing user performance through analytics. Three additional personas were developed, and the solution was adapted for web, iOS, and Android. As a result, Speecha evolved from a VR prototype into a cross-platform solution for communication and soft-skills training across multiple industries.

Speecha offers two XR training modes.

Learning Mode

Users follow a scripted scenario with no deviation, guided by an AI mentor and supported by step-by-step hints along the way.

Exam Mode

The AI simulates realistic communication, deviating from the script just as a real conversation would. The system evaluates the user’s approach strategy, provides a reflection analysis and generates a report that is stored in the CMS and sent directly to the user’s email.
